Plastic cups from cocktails left from the night before. Why is pricing subjective? Second day in the pool, we got there early and noticed that the water was a little cloudy and lots of things floating (leaves, clumps of hair like someone cleaned out their brush, cigarette butts). WTH? Even Vegas gives you a price, regardless of how costly it may be. Asked for a price, but was told they couldn't quote us a price because 'it depends on how busy we are'. Called to see if we could get a Palapa or Cabana for the next day but they said we had to reserve it on the same day we wanted it. Swimming in someone's vomit was not ok and the pool filter was not turned on. The pool was overfull of families so we decided to leave. A maintenance person arrived and was annoyed to have to be there, like it was an inconveience and said 'it looks fine now'. We called the front desk and asked for someone to come and clean it. Instead of his parents caring, they moved the water around with their hands trying to dissolve it. First day at the pool with our family and kids.

I should have taken a picture of the wash cloth but it was honesty disgusting. We took our own hand sanitizer and used it with a washcloth to wipe everything down ourselves.

There were apparently also no replacement coffee makers in the hotel. Not available? How about just cleaning the room before a new guest arrives?The coffee maker was broken. We called down to the front desk to have them move us and were told that the hotel was sold out,they could not move us and that 'housekeeping services were unavailable due to COVID19'. There was no way that anyonein housekeeping could have missed the lack of cleanliness. There was trash from previous guests that didn't get taken out, an empty cup and napkins peeking out from under the bed. Not just a little dusty but full on gross. When we woke up, we noticed that the room was dirty. We arrived very late in the evening after driving over 6 hours and went to sleep right away. It is my LAST trip to this location ever. Now that my kids have kids, we brought them this weekend for the first time. My family has been visiting Laughlins for over 30 years and we usually stay at Harrah's. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I've been traveling throughout our country and the world. This review could be a bit long but please read before you go.
